You may receive your report results through our fabulous Internet Report Access System. We call it IRAS, for short.  We’ve looked around at our competitors’ on-line systems and they don’t come close to what we’ve developed.  It’s phenomenal!  IRAS is a state-of-the-art tool to help you manage your employment screening reports in a highly efficient and timely manner. 

IRAS has multiple security levels available to insure only the proper personnel at your company can access sensitive information.  And unlike other Internet systems, your sensitive data does not reside on your hard drive where a computer hacker could get at it.  It is stored on our highly secure and stable web server – away from “wandering eyes.”  The system is TruSecure certified, the de-facto standard for e-business security.

Here are some of the outstanding features at your disposal 24 hours a day -- 7 days a week:

  • Order on-line 

  • Check the status of an applicant’s report – even as it’s being worked on

  • View the report on-line and print it if you like … or forward it to a colleague

  • Send an instant e-mail to the processor working on your report

  • Select reports by a wide variety of options: applicant, social security number, specific order date, order date range, order status, recently completed, or requestor

  • Cancel or modify orders

  • Archive reports

  • Display order statistics – the number of reports that are completed, pending and archived

  • View and print invoices and track payment history

  • Send instant e-mail messages to our customer service, billing, or  administration departments

  • Review FCRA guidelines and print “Adverse Action” documents

  • Link directly to our Client Services web site

  • Access the system from a remote location … for example, your home computer or a laptop when you’re on the road

If you like, we’ll even send you an e-mail notification when a report has been updated or completed.  It’s just a helpful reminder letting you know it’s time to check the system. 

As you can see, IRAS is loaded with valuable features to save you time and simplify your hiring process.  And while it’s a very comprehensive program, it’s unbelievably easy to use.  We’ve designed it as a “point and click” process.  There are no convoluted pathways to your selection or laborious steps to retrieve your data.  Just “point and click” and you’re there.  Although we could easily justify charging hundreds of dollars for the system … it’s that good … we offer it at no charge.
